CHRISTMAS CATERING

Lunch Service:

3 Options for service:

  1. We’ll serve from the buffet table

  2. We’ll pre-pack lunches in individual boxes with guests’ names 

  3. The food truck is available on-site for a cost of $200 

  • Guests will pick a single meat and receive all sides dishes the organizer decides.

  • Service time is 1- 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the group

  • We will bring 10% of group size Black Bean Burger (vegan option)

  • Prices plates, cutlery, napkins, and condiments.

  • Christmas cookies and squares and candy

ADD DRINKS:    $2.00 per person (selection of pop and water) 

MEAT OPTIONS:   Hot Turkey Sandwich, Brisket Sandwich, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Pulled Chicken Sandwich, ⅓  Rack BBQ Ribs, Smokies, or Chicken Tacos (2pcs)  (add extra meat choice $3.00 per person)   

SIDE OPTIONS:    BBQ Pit Beans, Creamy Coleslaw, Cornbread, Seasonal Mixed Green Salad, Roasted Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Mac and cheese, Red Potato Salad, or Bussel sprouts (add extra side choice $3.00 per person)   

Classic Turkey Buffet (or boxed) 

$36 per person (minimum 10 guests) 

Roasted Turkey or Vegetable Wellington with Mushrooms (Vegan), comes with Stuffing, Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Root Vegetables, Seasonal Mixed Green Salad, Mashed Potatoes, Dinner Rolls with Butter and Festive dessert Plates (or boxes)

Dinner Service:

  • Our staff serves guests from a buffet table or directly from the food truck 

  • Guests will pick a single meat and will receive all sides dishes decided by the organizer

  • Service time is 1- 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the group

  • Guests are welcome to come back for a second helping while the food quantity last

  • We will bring 10% of group size Black Bean Burger (vegan option) 

  • Prices include buns, plates, cutlery, napkins, and condiments

  • Christmas cookies, squares and candy.

Taxes and Service Charges: 5% GST applies to all food, beverage, labour, and rentals.. Food and beverage items are subject to an 18% service charge, of which 100% goes to the team that makes your event possible. 

Terms for payment of the event are the following: An invoice will be sent through our square terminal or our email. Payments are made through our square terminals. 

50% of the total cost is required to book and hold the date for the event. The remaining balance is due the day of the event date.

Cancellation: Cancellation of the caterer’s services within 31 days of the planned event date, a 75% refund of the deposit will be supplied. If the caterer’s services are cancelled within 16 to 30 days of the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. No deposit refund will be supplied if a cancellation notice is given less than 15 days before the event.

  • Arcadian Mixed Green Salad - Arcadian mixed greens, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries with apple cider Dijon & maple vinaigrette 

  • House Caesar - Romaine Lettuce, focaccia croutons, shaved parmesan cheese with creamy Caesar dressing

  • Sundried Tomato Farfalle - Bowtie pasta, cherry tomatoes, celery and onions in a sundried tomato pesto vinaigrette and garnished with fresh basil

  • Caprese Salad - Bocconcini and cherry tomatoes on a bed of spinach, red onion, and balsamic vinaigrette

  • Oven-Roasted Winter Root Vegetables - Beets, parsnips, turnips and carrots in orange vinaigrette

PRESENTATION PLATTERS

  • Vegetable Antipasto - Marinated mushrooms, Kalamata olives, artichokes, marinated feta cheese, grilled eggplant, red pepper, and hummus with sliced baguette and pita bread

  • West Coast Salmon Board - BC smoked & candied salmon with pickled onions, capers and lemon dill, cream cheese, sliced rye and sourdough baguette

  • Charcuterie Board - Artisan cured and dried meats, house-made cranberry mustard, seasonal pickles, and sliced baguette

  • Canadian Cheese Board - Artisan Canadian cheeses, house-made preserves, candied nuts, and dried fruits with sliced baguette and crackers
